Terms & Conditions

By using QuranPath, you agree to these simple terms. The app is here to help you read and reflect on the Quran, not to collect your data or sell you anything.

Purpose of the App

QuranPath is an offline Quran reading app for personal, non-commercial use. It helps you read, resume, bookmark, and reflect in a calm, ad-free space.

Acceptable Use

Use QuranPath for lawful, personal reading. Please do not hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, and do not use it for anything illegal.

Content and Attribution

The Quran text is sourced from the Tanzil Project. Translations, tafsir, and recitations come from their named providers and the Quran Foundation API — see About in the app's Settings for full credits. Please respect their terms and attribution requirements.

Religious and Informational Nature

QuranPath is a reading tool, not a source of religious rulings or scholarly advice. For interpretation or religious guidance, consult qualified scholars.

Prayer Times Accuracy

Prayer times are calculated on your device from your location using established astronomical methods. They are estimates: calculation method, elevation, and local conventions can shift actual times by several minutes. Please verify against your local mosque or community schedule when precision matters.

Online Content and Availability

Optional online content — recitation audio, tafsir, and additional translations — depends on your network connection and third-party providers, and may change or become temporarily unavailable. The core reading experience always works offline.

Support and Optional Payments

If you choose to support the developer, thank you. Support is always optional and does not create a contract or guarantee future updates.

Availability and Updates

QuranPath may change or be updated at any time. Some features may depend on your device, OS, or app store policies.

Disclaimer and Liability

QuranPath is provided as-is, with no guarantees. We are not liable for any damages from using the app, as far as the law allows.
